I have used Transformerland for several purchases over the past year. The easy to navigate website is awesome to find what you are looking for. There is also a guide/ wiki for resource and information. I've had to use it to help identify a missing weapon I needed. Another thing I like is that you can check the order status with an email and order number. TFL ships out your order pretty quick too. Any issues or item requests are responded in a timely manner. My example was inquiring about a G1 Skywarp 100% complete. TFL had only one in mint condition listed on their website, but l was looking for one that wasn't mint. Matt responded, told me he could get one that i wanted. The figure I received was very nice! Came as described with instruction booklet too. I was VERY happy. One other thing good about this seller is the condition/ratings scale used on website it can be a C8 or C8.5 or C9. Typically, TFL lists any notes if the item has any flaws, such as missing stickers or a loose joint in addition to the photos. I like that cause telling me upfront...you know what your getting. I have also bought multiple MOTU and Star Wars figure too. My experience with TFL has been great/positive. I will continue to use them for future purchases and would recommend.

I've been a customer for several years now and both Ben and Matt have been amazing to deal with.
Being that I'm a super picky collector, most sellers don't respond to my questions, or just stop dealing with me after an initial email exchange.

I've been buying from this website for almost 15 years now, and I've never once not had a great experience with them! Figures are always sent well protected, and communication is great when there's anything that needs followup on or what condition the figure is in before you purchase!

The online order prices was incredibly easy. Communication was excellent and very fast. The products were in great condition and packaging was outstanding. I highly recommend! I intend to use TransformerLand again in the future.

I dealt with them successfully for years, until the summer when I purchased a very rare G1 Soundwave cassette player in working condition. USPS managed to damage the item both cosmetically & mechanically. Matt was notified. Instead of asking me to return it, he opened a USPS insurance claim. USPS took possession of the damaged item, then as they do 99% of the times denied the claim. Emails to him since have either received vague replies or no reply so now I am out $95 for the item plus postage. Unlikely to give them future business.

I recently corresponded with transformerland.com about selling a decent-sized collection of vintage action figures from the 70s and 80s. They were fast at communicating. They were fair and transparent in their offer, and the offer they made was competitive and reasonable. In the end, I sold to a local collector for less than what transformerland.com offered just to avoid having to box and ship a collection consisting of several hundred items (probably a thousand little pieces if you count helmets, guns, backpacks, vehicles, etc). The collector even grumbled that with the last collection he tried to purchase, he was out-bid by transformerland.com. So this seems like a great company to deal with, at least on the front end when it comes to getting an initial offer. I can't speak to any more than that. But if you have a collection you're considering selling, reach out to them!

Absolutely Awesome. Their website is a wealth of information on all things Toys, I specifically have only bought transformers from them, they are very detailed if any parts are missing, or if there's any parts wear, I specifically bought a near full set of Armada Minicons and they all came wonderfully packaged and in amazing condition. Compared to the other half of my collection that I got on ebay, everything from them felt like it was brand new out of the box

I just sold my toy childhood collection to Transformerland and the whole process was seamless. Ben was very knowledgeable on the toys and gave clear guidance regarding the whole process. I was given an itemized estimate, a shipping label, packing instructions, and was then paid electronically within two days of the package delivery. They have lived up to their excellent reviews.
