Transformerland.com purchased my Transformers collection. The overall experience was great. The site itself was useful for setting a price expectation for the figures that I had, especially in help me to determine what parts went with which figures. I provided them with a list of what I had, they asked for a few pictures and provided me with a reasonable offer. I was given several payment options. Communication was handled by email and was very good overall. I would definitely deal with them again.

I sold my entire collection to Matt. He communicated very well and in a timely manner, and was very polite and professional. He knew what he was getting via our communications and the pictures I sent. We worked out a price and he paid it upon review of the package, just like he said he would. No "bait and switch" or otherwise unsavory tactics. I've sold to other websites and when the package arrived, they lowered the price and said some toy or part was "missing or broken", conveniently for them. I've also had other sites call me a "jerk" and "rude" for being direct yet professional with them. None of this with Matt. He is the real deal and I will be selling him more items in the future.

This was a very easy site to understand and get comfortable with the huge variety of toys out there. It is very well done and easy to use. This really helped in getting an understanding of what my toys really were and then being able to get a handle on their value. Also Matt was very easy to work with, reliable and did everything just like he said he would.
I really enjoyed window shopping at this site, and it has some really helpful information about all the Transformers and Gobots, and several other toys, ever made. However, I did not use Transformerland.com to shop. Rather, I sold them my Transformer and Gobot collections! Though I was very sad to see them go, I know they are in good hands now. The folks at Transformerland.com showed great care with the items I sold, and also treated me very well. They offered very fair prices for my collectibles, and kept up constant communication with me throughout the transaction. Personal circumstances dictated that I sell my childhood memories, but Transformerland took a sad circumstance and turned it into a very positive experience.
