I like how they tell you about secret techniques for different breed.

It's been a good three days. I got tips on how to stop my dogs jumping and a free grooming book. The only problem I would say is that you can't access any thing online, just a presentation that tells you to sign up for their membership. Nothing is really free except the emails. And I understand that this is high quality info, but at least some details should be free.

The customer service does not exist, they took $67 from my account after I cancelled my subscription, and when I logged a ticket and asked for a refund, they call the next day and say "they have enrolled me in the elite dog club"
The help desk ticket & customer service does not exist. Do not give your credit card to them - I am a very unhappy member.

I am following the recommendations and hope to curtail some of Tommy's habits that may need some training with. I've been playing tug of war with him and now realise this is not the right thing to be doing as it increases his tendency to bite snd mouth on my hand. Oops!

This course is helping me learn more about my dog and what she needs to be her best. I know when she's feeling her best, she'll be happier and he's Luther, which will make our relationship and training sessions better.

I've enjoyed the helpful tips shared and references to go to, and of course the gift of more knowledge. My puppy is becoming a very well behaved family member

I've found this to be a great experience I'm learning constantly how to improve the well being of my puppy and learning tools to make the best outcome for my puppy to grow and be happy and learning with my puppy

This is great information for anyone anxious about training a new puppy. Great tips and has helped me be more confident in acclimating my dog into our family.

I have only been receiving this information for a few days now but everything I have tried from your advice is working great. The ignoring your dog part when she jumps up on me has been especially effective and when I ignore her instead of yelling at her or telling her no or get down and it is starting to work and she just stops after ignoring her. Thank you for all of this wonderful information.
