This was excellent. I had tried and tried to get on a call, but I live on the West Coast and when the email comes in the middle of the night, all the slots are full by the time I get up and try to get a call. I finally got through and the advice was worth the wait!

It was very helpful to learn that my dog is marking and is fully potty trained.
