I am not keen on the continuing requests to upgrade. I sincerely hope the original offer is as good as represented. My budget doesn't allow for the upgrades.

I had paid the subscription to be a member of the site but could not access it. I tried my email address but that didn't work. Frustrated, I contacted your support and logged a ticket. In 24 hours they responded. I could gain access and start reading the tips. Thank you for being so prompt.

I emailed last week regarding the modules in the training course. I have completed 131 of the 162 listed, but cannot find the other 31 articles. The articles that I read are definitely helpful. I received an email response that said I would have a response within 24 hrs. but have never received one.

Your course material is good. But I needed them as PDF. I could not download anything. Thank You God Bless have a Great day.

I liked the snapshot of characterisitics of blue heeler. It matched a lot with my dog. But I could not read the 10 problems of puppies that came with my purchase. You should make it a PDF to download.

I am very appreciative of the advice you have given me to toilet train my pups. Using these methods they have definitely improved! and there is a lot less mistakes in the house. I would definitely recommend your advice to family and friends.

Yes Ive used a few of your tips and am finding them quite helpful. You're right the best way is to ignore the bad behaviors and then he returns on his own egar to please. I also find this helpful bc scolding seems to have the total opposite affect where he seems to just misbehave more. I'm not a scolder anyways so ignoring feels better for me too! Thanks so much!

I found both the emails very helpful. The first one about saying no to her and gaining her respect in order for her to listen to you and second one about ignoring her at times when she is just trying to get your attention. I am finding this information very useful.
