Stopping the strategy itself was straightforward once I found the right controls. Finding them took longer, partly because some of the terminology was new to me. Afterward, I went through the orders and checked the account to see where things stood. I'd wanted to try this early because I wasn't comfortable leaving a strategy running without knowing how to stop it. I understood that stopping wouldn't undo any losses, but I still wanted to see the process for myself. Now that I've done it once on Traiex, I know where to go.
I mostly buy a little ETH now and then, usually when I'm sorting out other personal stuff on a Sunday. Traiex has been fine for that. Two other coins I wanted weren't there, so I still keep another exchange account. Probably use about a tenth of what's on this site, to be honest.
A colleague showed me his Traiex account over lunch and clicked through everything faster than I could follow. When I opened mine, I stuck to a few manual trades until I knew where to find my orders and balance. That was enough for the first few visits. I looked at the strategy section later, without him talking me through it. Moving between that and the exchange took some getting used to, and a couple of menu labels could be clearer. I'm comfortable with the parts I use now, though my colleague still uses far more of it than I do.
I'd set aside a quiet morning to sort out invoices and check a trade, then a client called about a proposal I'd sent over. By the time we finished, I'd completely lost my place. Came back to Traiex that evening and found the order still waiting at the price I'd set. I canceled it because I no longer wanted that trade. The order details were clear enough that I didn't have to reconstruct what I'd been doing that morning.
I started looking into Traiex mainly because of the algorithmic trading side. The current platform separates manual spot/futures trading from automated strategies, which makes the product easier to understand. I'm still evaluating the automated side, so I'd rather judge it by transparency and risk controls than by marketing promises
Honestly, i spend enough time dealing with APIs and servers at work. Didn't want my trading setup taking up the weekend too. Tried a built-in strategy on traiex and had much less to configure. Still needed to read the settings, but no separate server to babysit.
I've been using Traiex for about two months to explore AI-assisted trading tools and the TRAIX ecosystem. Most of my activity has been on the platform itself rather than large-volume trading.
The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate, and I like that I could spend time learning the features before becoming more active. I also tested deposits and basic account functions without any issues
