Visiting Toys"R" Us is always a pleasure but not all visits turn into shopping as at times you find the products overpriced and clearly recall similar item available with competition brand at much lesser price ( same quality).

I have my paypal account in one mail and my rewards registered to anotherone. Is not after paying that you receive a notification asking you to register you bew account to rewards... which is crazy if you are already logged on into your account and rewards associated... paypal is simply a method of payment doesnt has to log out and overule the rest.
Other than that prices for deals are great. Good timing for free shipping. I guess if they are available from the local store they ship inmediately or something alike. As I normally receive part of the order super fast and the rest take a little longer
I ordered 1 item from toysrus on Dec. 16 with 2 day free shipping. Two days later I got an email saying my order was delayed. Then on Dec. 20, I received an email claiming the item shipped with a tracking number. The tracking # turned out to be completely bogus as it was for an order that shipped to someone else in another state during the past summer. I then called toysrus and had to wait for an hour to talk to someone. They assured me they would credit my account. Then on Dec. 31 I receive another email from toysrus asking me to rate my item LEGO SPARKLING ICE CASTLE *******, which I never received. I decided to check my credit card statement. They billed my credit card for the item on Dec. 22, I think it was the same day I called, and they never credited my account. So, I had to call yet once again and still am not sure they have taken care of it. They wasted 2 hours of my time and no apology, NOTHING!
Had gone to toy r us and the service i got from the store was great, i had gone there looking for a certain items and had a hard time finding it and ask for help and they were very helpful in every way, and i really appericate in every way and i am glad for all the help they have given me the help,
Got a few gifts for my friends baby shower. Only one cashier at the register did leave me frustrated.

They took a while to deliver an advent calendar - which is sort of besides the point of an advent calendar... Upside was I got to open a whole lot in one hour!
They said layaway one year 2014, I called to ask my local store if they had the layaway after confirming I went and shopped brought stuff to put on layaway woman gets on the intercom loudly says "do we do layaway here" manager comes over (Springfield Il. Store) says we aren't doing lay away here I was embarrassed they acted like I was some burden or poor idiot who couldn't afford stuff, she got loud to us, I said do you take cash sarcastically, and when I tried to check out with cash she was like I told you we aren't doing lay away again trying to embarrass us. I said again I have cash is that OK, I should have put everything down and walked but had spent like 2 hours picking stuff out, they are the ones who put the ad on TV not me and I CALLED BEFORE I WENT THERE to make sure our local store was participating,... geez
Take a look at Aliexpress for the lower cost items and you can save a lot of $s.
Love this store, especially during the black Friday's. All prices are amazing and fare on any given day.

Answer: Impossible basically. The wait time is 45+ minutes... for a toy store. The order number they provided is rejected. Super frustrating.
