I end up with a Tower FCU share savings account due to a refinance loan. I gave it a try and downloaded Tower FCU app and that banking app is garbage it takes over a week to give you an accurate balance on your account after any transaction. Due to the inacurated info on the app I was charged an overdraft fee for a credit card payment to another bank. I called tower FCU customer service 3 times to stop that transaction the first 2 times I was told it was taken care but it didn't and kept charging $25 overdraft fee until I called the 3rd time and got helped by a lady name Tiffany and requested to stop the transaction and close the account. Also is a pain in the arse calling Towe FCU customer service and waiting over 30 minutes at any time. If I could give 0 stars on this review thats what TowerFCU deserves.
