Upon arriving at this local community bank and spotting the two drive-up windows being long I decided to go inside instead. While approaching the teller I handed her my forty-dollar paper check to receive mixed up cash back to my hands. She kept asking if I had another form of ID and I said no while the whole time she kept looking back and forth at the screen and me. I had explained to this teller how long that I've been a banking customer of this bank and she turned around and said, " Well I'm sorry but I don't know you"! Like every customer that you're gonna encounter working as a bank teller you're gonna actually know? I can see if I had a $40,000.00 check but for $40.00? This has happened before in the past so this isn't the first time.
