This made me want to send the same quality flowers to family and friends and their feedback has been excellent too.
The website was very easy to use, had great pictures of the flowers and a fantastic selection to chose from this site
Very disapppointed with the purchase experience. TorontoBlooms have lot of negative reviews. Please look into the reviews. This is a scam company.
It was so good to see someone happy with your gifts. My recipient was happy with the bouquet received. In the shared image I can see the freshness of the flowers. Would recommend it again. Thank u guys, Team TB.
I ordered expensive gift basket for my friends birthday. $320+50 extra. Arrived on time, took it to my friends place. We went thru entire basket and there were items that i did not reconize. Afterwards went home and went to check items that were supposed to be part of basket. I found many items that were missing and that they provide substitutions however the items substituted were of dollar store quality and value nowhere near the quality of the original item. I understand that their policy to substitute items that were out of stock. However their policy was to substitute items of equal or greater value. In addition there were in total fewer items. There was no way of knowing which items were substituted for missing items. All i know some of the substitutes were low dollar store quality. For example, there were supposed to be very nice chocolates like, ice win choc, tin of gourmet truffles, choc covered raisins, blueberries, and cranberries. All i got was small package of choc covered almonds which were stale. Anyway i tried emailing company several times via email and phone and they have ignored them all. Theres nothing i can do. I just want to warm others about using toronto blooms. I used them last year for basket to my niece. She liked the items but i had no way of knowing if the order was missing anything.
