PDF file to WORD converter
I had a very negative experience with TopPDF. My account was charged ₱899. Without my knowledge or consent. I never subscribed to their service, nor did I use it. When I contacted their support, I received no proper assistance or refund.
This kind of practice feels misleading and unfair to customers who are simply trying to use a basic PDF tool. Be very careful before entering any payment details on this site, as they seem to charge without proper authorization.
I do not recommend TopPDF to anyone.
