Disappointed.
I was applying to reed when i found about TopCV. The CV analysis by TopCV was so deceiving that i thought they understood what i needed exactly. Paying a huge amount i thought the service is going to be very professional. They have no clue about rewritting the CV according to their own evaluation. I got like a mediocre writer who just copy pasted my previous CV. No changes were made. They have mentioned my CV is a doer and it needs to sound like an acheiver but i never knew copy pasting the exact content would make me an acheiver. They never changed the writer as well. I beleive there is not much writers as they claim. Guys this is a useless service. Dont fall for it. We'll get good freelancer writers in lot of platforms out there. I should have guessed when i received the ton of marketing emails that this is a scam. Again dont fall for this TOPCV. Get refunded if you are already into this. They wont refund you first saying the service is intangible but dont give up if its a mediocre output you get. Ask for refund.

I went into the webpage really hoping my original resume was there, and it was. This was a pleasent surprise and then I started playing with different templates which I did not do the first time and however I ended up with the same I had.

Then a couple of days later I received an email with a review. It was probably a standard response but it was a dawn good one, at least or me, so I went in and made the most significant changes that I was recommended to do. I have not received any feedback and I do not think i will get one and that is ok. I am very satisfied with the product.

Watch this company. They provide poor support service and your money is wasted. If a refund is requested, they will keep 50 euros and refund the rest. In my case, the platform did not work properly. Once you start feeding it with your information, it might freeze and won't let you finish. They won't assist you, and when asking for a refund they won't fully refund and will find a way to keep partially your money. Not recommended. Worst experience ever.

I was duped into thinking this was a UK company who had an idea of the market in my country, but the people I dealt with were based in India and didn't have a clue. I concluded this when I received my first draft, The content, formatting and general presentation was beyond a joke, and no employer would've taken it seriously if I'd submitted it with an application. I'm currently fighting them to get a full refund.

I should add my CV previously looked overcrowded and lacked something to help me stand out in the market.
After matching with my writer he was very quick to respond to my queries, delivering the first draft within a few days. I was happy with the layout and how he had elaborated on my skills and even made it ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly, highlighting my achievements with keywords and phrases that people in my industry look for.
I was happy to accept the first draft but I did update a few areas myself, I think it was only natural that I have the final edit.
In summary, a great service and highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional CV that trumps all homemade ones.
