Up $2k after the superbowl. Request made on 2/8/20 for $1k payment. 15 emails and multiple calls later, the same canned responses with no results. It is now 9/3/20. $#*! this $#*! scam-site.

If you enjoy giving your money away to this piece of $#*! "TrickBet", then by all means go for it! One of two things happen with this rat hole of a company. 1) you lose and they keep your money. 2) you WIN and they keep your money. They owe me $2300 and I haven't. Seen a dime! This operation needs SHUT DOWN! How can we all make this happen?

I have approximately 10k in my account and I will never see any off that money. I made a withdrawal request over 250 days ago and have not received anything. I keep sending emails to their support team and I get the same responses that they are working on it.
AVOID TOPBET PERIOD! You are donating money to their company.

They will not answer the phone or email you back. You cannot change a bet before and event. It'sa terrible site

Have been waiting for a payout distribution of $450 since May 2019 - that almost 10 months! I periodically email there "Help" team, and always receive the same palaver - we are working on it, we see your distribution in the queue, we'll expedite your distribution, etc. ad nauseam. These guys are nothing more than cheap petty thieves.

I patiently waited the supposed "14 to 20 business days" for them to process my check. Turns out they are feeding me bs excuses about a tracking number for my check. Make absolutely no sense and they said their is no timetable for them to receive the bs tracking number. I wish I read the reviews prior to using their site and I understand that is my fault but for anyone new please DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!

I put in my withdrawal request for $2100 back in February 2019 shortly after the Super Bowl. It is now almost one year and I have not received my payment. As with the others I have received the same responses from my weekly emails blaming it on their third party payment company and telling me that they will make my situation a priority. Whatever you do stay away.

I requested a $1500 payout last September 2018, they sent me $300 back to my card in March 2019. Here we are in September 2019 with a $1200 balance and with the same answer from Day 1: "We don't have your tracking info right now on your payout" "Our Third party payouts team does not have the tracking for you right now" "Rest assured you will be paid out" -- OK When TopBet? In 2024? This site is horrible, do not use it.

TOP BET gave me $150 in free play based on a deposit. I won a small amount of money playing the casino, about $50. When I clicked back on the site, they took away my free play. They didn't answer emails and no one answered their phones. A friend also told me he has waited over 4 months to get paid $1,000 and still hasn't received it. They are TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

Seeing the review below. I've been waiting about 8 months for payout. Has anyone had success? Even if it takes a while? Or is the money gone?

I have been waiting 5 months and topbet makes the same lame excuses that im sure they tell anybody. Ive already kissed my money goodbye. I requested in feb and they say they are still waiting for "third party payer" or "tracking 3"

They're pathetic

They offer a 100 percent match on deposits because they know they will never payout. Been waiting for 4 months with nothing but excuses. Avoid at all costs.
