I went to the site and a pop up chat appeared to "help" me with any questions i asked if the can do my assignment and they guaranteed me that they will do it but it wouldn't be perfect. I thought it was weird for a site with bunch of smart "professors" working in it but i had no time and i said do it as best as you can but at least finish it, and they guaranteed me 100% that they will finish it. Come to due date they requested more time but i had few hours left for due date. Then they canceled my order and gave me a generic excuse " our professor working on your sheet had a family emergency" what kind of sad excuse is that? Usually students give that excuses to the teacher not the other way around. I paid premium price (4 times other sites) and no refund. This site did the exact opposite of what it was suppose to do

They were very quick to take a deposit and promise me that my assignment will be completed on time even though the night before their expert responded to me in a rude manner and quit the assignment. I was promised another expert and to have the project delivered on time however I got no response back from them for 2 whole days. I asked for a refund multiple times and no one responded once. I was given a fake customer support phone number and email - both of which didn't respond (not surprised). Once they did respond, they blamed "technical issues" and wanted me to give them another chance. Unbelievably horrible and unprofessional customer service...

The customer service is horrible. They give you a discount and in the end, you pay the full amount, I requested a refund for the extra amount, they said that they would refund but I'm waiting for a month now and my assignment got a C.

They are just a joke. They do not care you after you made a payment. I asked the customer service if the tutor is assigned or not. He/she were made fun of me. I have told him/her it is not difficult to tell me the tutor was assigned or not. He/she responded Absolutely not! I told. Him/her okay please tell me, the response was just OK! The tutor manager is awful, he does not know what is going on with the assignment. Please do not work with them

I was waiting for deadline. I asked R script file and python file, but tutor just gave me an docx file. So requested it again. But took long time to get only part of question. So i requested it again, it spend over 30hrs, and then they send me SOLUTIONS in the CHEGG. I send pic of it, then they apologized to me. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.
When you get a quote, they answer fast, after that do not answer and answer it after 4,5hrs.
