If you receive defective goods, you're out of luck—especially, but not only, if you live in Switzerland.
Customer service is uncooperative and refuses to cover return shipping costs, even when explicitly referred to mandatory EU consumer protection laws which are applicable for EU businesses explicitly addressing Swiss customers. Service hotline by phone can not be reached. Demands in the mail exchange to call me to find a reasonable solution by phone are ignored. They also ignore reasonable proposals, such as offering replacement parts for self-repair or reducing the purchase price to find a cost-effective and fair solution for everyone involved. Never again... I should have read the reviews beforehand.
