I had accidentally ordered 2 of an item I meant to order only 1 of, and when I emailed their support 2 days after my order was placed, I got a response and my issue solved in less than 12 hours. My refund came only a couple days later, as promised. Quick, polite customer service.
So I love the style but their plus isn't plus I order a 3X in the shorts and can't say I'm thrilled with the fit... The hat and short material also feels really cheap: ( which I was disappointed about... the hat feels like foam... and the shorts are thin material not sure they're going to hold up long... the tote is not durable don't put alot in it cause it won't hold... for such an expensive price for everything I expected better quality... the designs are cute though.

Excellent experience! Product arrived much faster than expected and the quality was beyond what I imagined. The only downside is the pants I ordered were a bit long (I am about 5'3") but I can easily remedy this by wearing something with a heel. Overall I am very happy and cannot wait to order more!
