First withdrawal, no problems. I was able to upload documents fine and have my account verified within an hour. For my own privacy and protection, I blacked out my transaction history, other accounts and balances - seemed to be no issue.

Second attempt at a withdrawal, hell. Every document I upload is rejected - even though it has everything they are asking for (name, address, account #, proof of transfer) - however this time, they aren't accepting my blacked out information.

At this point, I have a decent win on there so I will keep fighting for the funds and then forget about this place.

Upon chatting with the people on live chat, they request an "account verification" every single time you make a withdrawal - uploading so many screenshots and bank statements. A waste of time and very suspicious... Won't be using this site again.

They have no problem taking your money but every time I try to take my winnings they require verification. They want you to provide them with evidence of every single withdrawal you have ever had with them dating back months and years and heaven forbid it goes into another account of yours they required detailed you need to verify that account information as well.

Given the financial nature of Tonybet, I used to be very dicey about things here and had a lot of questions for their support team. I've got to tell you, their support people combine to become one of the biggest USPs of this app, and this is something I'm proud of as a user!

HATE this page. You deposit money and then AFTER when you want to withdraw the money they ask account verification. Then you provide with documents and they decline most of them and have some crazy rules on what documents or info they need.
If you want to waste your time, tonybet is the right place!
And ofcourse they deleted my review off trustpilot and turned off the review part so peole can't give reviews anymore! Only left the good reviews there, when about 8months ago I saw so many 1 star ones.
