This company is totally corrupt from start to finish. I went on site to Tobys Deals Australia and bought a mobile phone. Samsung S20. The receipt came from Uk and a parcel arrived from Hong Kong. Ok I thought we live in a global world but imagine my horror when opening the package I find a clay brick inside the sealed Samsung S20 box complete with the appropiate chargers... Not sure how I am suposed use a brick as a phone or charge it for that matter. Tobydeals ignored my frantic emails and paypal said as they had posted me a package I had no claim. I now own a $943 brick... maybe I should have it framed as a reminder that the law is not on your side?
Bought an iPhone on Cyber Monday but until now (Dec 21st!) I still don't have it! Contacted the customer support but had no reply at all! Now I can only go to PayPal for my money back!
