Bought two items. They didn't fit, so we ordered replacements in a larger size. Fine. By the time we got around to returning the original items, more than 30 days had passed. So we were beyond the stated return period. I wrote an e-mail explaining the situation and asked them to allow the exchange anyway. They sent back an e-mail saying they'd stick to their policy, too bad for me. Now they are not technically obligated to process my return. Then again, I'm not technically obligated to give them more than one star.

I never really write reviews because ive always had pretty good luck with ordering clothes online. I felt the need to write this because of how many bad reviews ive read. I ordered 2 mini dresses from tobi before reading reviews(i know i know) needless to say i was reallyy worried because of how many bad reviews saying the clothing were bad quality or their clothes never showed up or about bad customer service. I cannot comment on the customer service because i didnt have any reason to reach out to them. The dresses came super fast maybe 2 or 3 days after i ordered. I ordered one in xs and one in s and they both fit absolutely perfect! Theyre both exactly as pictured and to my surprise theyre great quality! One of the dresses was a white ribbed material materialso i was worried it would be see through and it isnt see through at all its actually quite thick. I couldnt be happier im seriously in love with both my new dresses :)
The clothing of this store is quite a bit on the pricey side, however from the 3 times I have ordered from here, the clothes were in such poor quality. The sizing is also off. I had purchased an oversized sweater recently that appeared in the picture to be a slim-fitting, long sweater. Almost like a dress. SUPER CUTE in the picture, however when I received it, it was an enormous boxy sweater that could fit 3 of me. It also appeared to be made of cheap yarn and knitted very loosely and was falling apart in my hands. Spend your money elsewhere, this is not a site to be trusted.
The items I received were not up to the quality I paid for, and I got my items at 50% off. I doubt any of Tobi's product are worth what they're regularly priced for, which is fine, but even at half off I find that the fabric and sizing was so off that leaves me in shock when I received it. The "bandage" skirt was not a real bandage skirt, its made of a cheap elastic material that isn't nearly as stretchy and looks like it would get stretched out after a couple wear. It was also very loose at the waist part, (mine was an xs) which is very unflattering on me as it shows a gap between the skirt and my waist if I wear a crop top. The dress I ordered was made of a thin material that seems like the kind of fabric they would use in a typical t-shirt and it was way too big for an xs. Overall, disappointing quality. Never to purchase again.
I ordered a blouse, it was pretty, exactly like the picture. Only negative was the shipping length, took about 2 weeks. I'll buy again, hopefully the shipping won't take as long!
They are constantly changing the prices of their clothes recently. No, not a decrease, a crazy increase. I've seen items go from 30 to 50. What?! They say it's because of some changes on the site. The site looks the same. I don't see a revamp of any sort. So why the need for a price increase when the clothing is already pricey? I am reluctant to place any more orders. Their dresses also look extremely short modeled by extremely skinny models.
I have bought a few things from Tobi. Generally, the shirts and tops fit decently, with minor off-settings (large shoulders on tops). However, their dresses are EXTREMELY short. I am barely 5'1 and 103 pounds, and I ordered a dress in a size small from Tobi that was essentially a shirt. They are also very picky about returns and exchanges, so I couldn't do that either. All of my friends that have shopped at Tobi opt out of dress-buying because they have also had similar experiences. I would say the quality of Tobi overall is quite low for their high prices.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on tobi. Recently, I was ordering an item I already had again because I liked it a lot. But I realised that recently tobi.com has made changes to their prices by quite a lot. When I contacted them to ask about this they replied, "We had made some changes to our website and items". I believe this is a little unfair to the customers.

I do not believe that the cost matches the quality of what you get. Sure, their clothes are cute, but it definitely is overpriced, or should i say, the overpriced prices will continue to rise.

I ordered a three quarter sleeve sequin dress from Tobi.com for my graduation. I was worried about quality and sizing of the item but when the dress came I was absolutely thrilled. The garment came clean, new, and true to size! Will definitely be a returning customer!
My boyfriend tried to surprise me while he was deployed in Iraq. They cancelled his order due to their Facebook verification process which is $#*!ed because I can change my name to someone else's real quick! I contacted them and they said they would notify the Billings Department and just to reorder. Seemed to be nice and normal right? Well he ordered again and it once again got cancelled. I contacted them again - forwarding the email traffic of the first time they cancelled the order - and they preceded to tell me everything they already told me with no interest to resolve my issue! When I asked for a phone number to talk to an actual person to resolve the issue there was no response. My boyfriend wasn't too happy either., he was trying to do something sweet for me and they screwed it up not once but twice without even trying to fix what happened.
They don't process your refund. Just be careful ordering make sure the clothes really your size if not you can forget your refund if you send it back to them.
I ordered my dress Sunday and received it the following thursday. The dress is exactly what i was hoping for! It's an extra small so i was a little hesitant but the size chart they have truly matches the description. I will defiantly order more items from this website.

My first order came in the mail a few days ago, very promptly! Clothes fit true to size, and are adorable. Unfortunately one item was the wrong size, and one had a tear in it, but I looked up what to do on the website and it said to email photos of the items. I got a super quick reply from a lady named Maria and she apologized like crazy, asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement for the items, and gave me a discount code I can use in the future.
Couldn't be happier with the service and the clothing. I suggest reading what each item is made of, and the model info they provide so you can have a more accurate idea of quality and sizing. Also being patient and understanding helps when dealing with customer service!
I just placed my first order from Tobi. I do have to say, very quick shipping and accurately shipped products. However those are the only pros I had. There were much more cons starting with the fact the items were much cuter on the website. As other people mentioned sizing is off on most products and and my 4 size small pieces fit very very differently, some too small, some wayyy too big and the one XS item is much larger than 2 of the size small pieces... too bad that was a final sale item. But the worst thing about this all was as I was trying on the products I started to break out in a rash all over my body! Two of the pieces must have some chemical or something on it. I was determined to figure out what piece of clothing broke me out so I used my bf as a swab and rubbed each article of clothing on a different limb... And low and behold two of his limbs were covered in the same rash. So now we both have this disgusting rash that hasn't gone away for 6 hours and counting. One from a dress and another from a top. Never again will I make a purchase from this site. Poor quality and sketchy materials or something. Sad.
