I made my first order and the dress came quickly but was too large. Customer Service expedited an exchange and the second dress arrived within days. No charge for shipping or the return. The dress is well made and I will enjoy wearing it.

I absolutely love your dresses! But I am 5'9" and they are a little short on me. I can get away flats but no way could I wear heals and I like to wear heels. Please add a "tall" option. The dresses are pricey but I get tons of compliments and I don't mind the splurge once in a while. I won't go over $200 though... Please add more under $200

I was excited to receive my shirts as I've been admiring them online for months. When I received, they were too big and boxy and not flattering at all. Maybe I ordered the wrong size but I it's too much work to return and get a new size in case I don't like it smaller either.

I returned 2 items from my recent order - delivered each to the USPS the day after I received the shipment. Despite that it has been over a week and the tracking shows it was delivered to the "agent" but is still sitting "in transit." Meanwhile Tuckernuck has my money and I have no refund. I tried reaching out to customer service and got no helpful response. I'm about ready to file a dispute with my cc company. Based on this I won't be buying again.

The dress arrived in time for the event for which I purchased it, and I appreciated that timely assurance. It did not arrive with any extra touches, such as tissue paper or a hanger, but if that saves on shipping that's fine. What I did not expect was that I would wear the dress and return to find my skin tinted black/gray, because the inside of the dress rubbed off! One does not necessarily clean a velvet dress before wearing as with garments made of presumably lesser fabrics. The fit was Ok. I am typically a Petite and took a chance, since there were no embellishments with this dress and a longer length suited, but Petite sizing would have been preferable regarding the length of the sleeves and height of the mock turtleneck. I needed a dress for a specific occasion and this dress adequately served that purpose.

Lauren was incredibly kind, pleasant and generous with her time. I had a slight issue but she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.

Unlike a few other reviewers, I found this dress, easy to press, easy to wear, easy to love!

The pants were lovely but they kept riding down in the crotch making them very uncomfortable.

Based on the proximity of size links on website I inadvertently ordered a XS instead of a XL size. I sent an email within 12 hours of the order. I received a response 36-48 hours from the order indicating the order could not be adjusted. It was another 48 hours later that I received shipping notification & tracking. Poor experience in that you just did not want to help given the timing. Overall my experience with customer service from previous orders is negative.
