This company has an excellent service. I already several times ordered them to deliver the car to other cities and they always did their job honestly, quickly and accurately. They can pick up your car at the place of loading and without your participation. You just need to tell the address where to deliver the car. I always ordered a closed trailer, so as not to spoil the car during transportation and it was always delivered clean. The driver from the trailer is always in touch and I can find out how the transportation is going. I am pleased with the work of this company and I recommend it to all.

My father loves old cars, so I made him a surprise and bought an inexpensive old car. But I had to take him to another city to my father. I was advised to contact Tmshipping, which makes car transportation across the country. I called the company manager and they told me that they were ready to fulfill my order. The next day the truck arrived and took the car. I gave them my parents' home address and asked the driver to tell me when he would deliver the car to the address. The transportation was successful and the car was delivered to the specified address.

Absolutely shocking experience! Over 2 weeks late collecting my vehicle. I'm now in TX, moved half way across the country. Every day, same thing "I'll call you later today once I confirm a driver". Yet to receive a call from them. I keep calling and get same results. They even removed my request from the system at one point. Claimed to have called me several times with a driver which was a compete lie. Never received a single call from them. Every time you call you'll get some one who barely speaks English which makes it even more frustrating. Over all a shambles of a company.

Customer service was nice and helpful. The truck driver arrived on time to pick up my classic car to get it thru the whole country. It's nice to mention that the driver was smart enough to understand the importance of my vehicle at first glance. After leaving with my treasure, he was prompt and arrived at the destination just right in time. I am pleased with my overall experience with TMShipping and it's staff. I was desperate when I found out that my car was faulty and could not move on its own. And I needed to transport it to Medford, Oregon. But I was told that there is a Tmshipping company, which can deliver a car to any region of the country. That was good news. I called the company and said about my problem. I was told that transportation is possible at any time. I told them only where to get the car and where it needs to be delivered. A few hours later the carrier called me and said that the car was loaded and will be delivered to me in two days. I called the truck driver twice and asked him how the trip was going. The driver always politely replied that everything was fine. Two days later my car was brought to the specified address.
