I was called by TR rep to clarify that the size tires I purchased is what I needed for the type of vehicle I'm driving.
I've been a TR customer for many years, but I've noticed the installer quality has gone down big time. Prices way up, small group to choose from and their service is generally subpar no downs. Not a reflection on TR but I'd love to see them hold the network more accountable.

I just submitted a claim and that was one of the most painful, complicated and poorly described processes I've ever been through. You need a note on your site telling customers to buy new or repair the tire BEFORE going through the claims process, and that they MUST photograph the damaged tire(s) and submit the photo with the claim.
