When purchasing the tire, the price was too high and there was no discount available for a veteran or first responder.

The website makes it easy for you to make a mistake and have the tires sent to some tire shop that you don't want to deal with I have my own tire shop
One of my tpms sensors were defective on a previous order for my 04 mazda rx8 that came with a tire wheel package. Now I have to look at blinking tpms light on random occasions when it comes on for no reason.

Have purchased tires from the tire rack before and was completely satisfied with the tires I ordered. This time however, due to the oversized tires I have on my truck I had them sent right to the maintenance shop I normally use. Tires arrived within a few days and communication to let me know the tires were there was great...
My only wish is that I could get tires that didn't cost as much, but I suppose big tires cost big money!

TR shipped old tires per stamped DOT year-week designation. Ensure old tires (> 6mo) are not shipped.

I've had the tires for one year. Nice and quiet, and did well in the winter conditions. Now one tire has a nail puncture on its shoulder, it can't be repaired. I'm getting a free replacement. That's really great, and the replacement tire is being delivered to the same tire dealer who installed the original. All very tidy and helpful
