Quick and easy ordering, large selection, great prices

Always an excellent experience with Tire Rack. After years of ordering tires from Tire Rack I decided to try another company a few months ago and it was a complete disaster. Tire Rack is my only choice moving forward.

Have bought before and every time it was a very good experience. I had to send the tire to the dealership as my car was being worked on, but had an unfixable tire. Dealership wanted $292 to replace it and couldn't get this tire. So, I came to tire rack again and got the same price as last year.
The shipping took an extra day for some reason, but it was the transport company that delayed and not Tire Rack. Shipping was free, so wasn't a huge deal.

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with road hazard claims. I have to purchase again then wait almost 6 weeks to be refunded. I don't understand how it's customer convenient or even remotely progressive to force customers to repurchase then wait for compensation weeks later! The worst experience by far. Not to mention the tires purchased were highly rated and only turned out to be the weakest sidewalls ever known to tires. And I'm stuck with them unfortunately, learned my lesson for sure once I am able to I'm going back to in person purchasing, the absolute lack of empathy provided during my experience with purchasing tires online is disappointing

Quality info, products, reviews. I've bought tires, brakes, suspension, wipers over 10+ years. The reviews have been accurate, the products well-priced, and the customer service outstanding.

I started replacing my own tires and really like the three options it gives me when I put in the rating of what I am looking for in the tire selector.

Tire Rack has videos of professional tire testers who provide useful guidance on tire quality across various conditions. The results are key to making good decisions for the public which would be guessing blind without them. Invaluable!

Ordered on a Tuesday and received the tires on Wednesday. Pricing was very competitive and delivery was free, along with a two year road hazard protection plan.

Tire Rack is a great source of information that dealers and auto shops aren't able to provide in the same manner! Getting real world data from users and manufacturers is key when make the most informed decision. Also, being able to find and schedule installation is easier then ever.

I always watch the Tire Rack tests and read all reviews before making my purchase decision, and I've never been disappointed with my choice. I have also (unfortunately) had to use the Road Hazard replacement insurance and the process was fast and easy. I use Tire Rack for my car, my wife's car, and both of my daughters' cars and I'll continue to do so!

I got a set of cool wheels and continental wds tires at very affordable price more than 10 years ago. I never used their installer before and let's see how that goes this time
