When they say something's in stock it is, prices are reasonable, selection is vast, shipping is quick, technical information is correct, and product information and testing is plentiful. I've been buying from them for years and while there's a lot of competition, nobody has given me any reason to switch.

I've been ordering from The Rack for more almost 25 years. In that time, over more than a dozen vehicles, I only bought one set of tires somewhere else (at the dealer on a crazy special). My previous experiences are no-nonsense, have what I want in stock and fast shipping. I expect this experience to be exactly the same.

I was very satisfied with my initial tire purchase in September 2025. Tires were great price, fast delivery and had mobile installer come and everything was great. Then you have to file a warranty claim and it all goes to $#*!. What a complete disaster of a process. I have to pay out of pocket for a new tire to be delivered. I have to pay to have it installed again and then wait for about 2 weeks to get a check back which will only cover the cost of the tire. So I'm left paying out of pocket for the install charge again on a warranty replacement and having to pay for the replacement myself up front. So probably won't be using this service for anymore tire purchases in the future, which is disappointing because I was so happy originally that I was planning to buy tires for my other vehicle very soon.
Great experience with purchasing all of my tire and wheel needs. Anyone who asks me where I bought my tires, right away I tell them I highly recommend Tire Rack for excellent products and service.
