I've been buying tires from Tirerack since the 90's, always the best products and service. Had to use the warranty once and was easy.

I ordered a set of winter tires on rims last fall. Delivery to my preferred installer was quick and seamless. Excellent performance through the season. No problems.

Tire Rack Always has what i need in stock. I own 5 vehicles and have no problem getting what I need and Excellent shipping speed.

I have ordered tires through Tire Rack many times for my vehicles over the years. Their selection, their prices, and the option to save extra money by picking up from their distribution center are all excellent! The option to have the tires shipped to my local Discount Tire location for installation adds another layer of convenience.

This is our 2nd order with Tire Rack; the First Order was seamless; the Customer Service and fast follow-up is impressive and appreciated. First Order deliver date was pushed out online, however, within 10 minutes of placing the order, a representative called with an update to state that the order actually would ship per the earlier posted date as inventory would be shipped from a different warehouse. This timely feedback allowed us to maintain our schedule. There was a second issue that Customer Service representative Rene (ext4410) was superhelpful in communicating; our bank initially blocked / held payment until we confirmed we authorized the transaction; Tire Rack called us to inform us on Monday. We were able to immediately contact our bank to confirm to release payment, then followed up with Tire Rack to confirm order shipment. Again; you all have the Best-in-Class Customer Service Team. More companies should model & match your Quality Customer Service. Thank You for Your Great Service

I've bought three sets from Tire rack. I've had no issues with them. All the tires have served me well. My wife once hit a MASSIVE pot hole and blew out a tire. Tire rack honored their road hazard warrant, and worked with my dealership to get her a new one free of charge.

Think ok Had done before a few times before. Seems to be fairly easy with lookup information and then choices to place the order. Always keep tire rack in mind
