For a non emergency tire replacement, Tire rack was the perfect choice, because I had time to do some research and find the best prices available online. I went to several service shops and my dealer and got different answers and prices from each. Then I went to Tire Rack and found the exact replacement I needed at a fair price and discovered an easy process for installation that was also fairly priced, where I did not fear getting upsold into something else. Was looking for a set of competition tires for drag events but I needed to go down a size from stuck. It was a little challenging searching for wheels options that fit the custom tire size. Would be great to be able to search specifically for wheels options that fit the bolt pattern but aren't stock size.

The tires that I bought were not offered to me because of the cars that were on my tire rack garage and I wished they would let me see the entire inventory without me having to search it on the browser for it to pop up. The tires came in fast and in good condition and I could tell they were stored properly.
Bought set of snow tires for 2009 VW TDI, valve stem stuck out 1 inch past sidewall. Cost another $130 to replace with stubby valve stem.

I recently used tire rack for the first time for two new performance tires. Three months later I take out two side walls on a pothole. Tire rack hazard warrantee was the smoothest experience I have ever had with a post-sale warrantee product.
The bricks and mortar place tried to sell me replacement tires (identical) at a higher price and the Road hazard was an ~18% add on top of that.
Tire rack was easy to order with an intuitive user interface.
Some guidance from discount tire (the chosen fitter) would have been nice but they put me on hold for about 45 minutes before hanging up. Not a good omen for the fitting. Fingers crossed!
