It was fast and easy, this is my second time using TireRack. Was able to go to order history and reorder the same tires as last time.
Finding the correct tire size was easy and tire rack provides specific and valuable details on sizing that other locations don't when switching off of oem sizing.
Got back tires in December, now got front tires in March for wife's Kia Stinger. Website is very easy to use and even set up appointment at local Tire Shop!

I have been with Discount Tire Direct since 2013. I was concerned with the merger because DTD was gold to me. I thought Tire Rack bought or absorbed DTD because their name was on the website. Maybe they did, but after 3 or 4 sets of tires ordered and received and everything was same same, I am happy service and options have been just as good. Two things. One, it's nice to have 2 year free road hazard, but the old system of 3/32" and above with tire unservicable for free replacement with certificates would be great to have back as I and the folks I know never abused it. And two, it would be great when you set brand filter if other brands don't find their way into your filtered search. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. Good work. As an aside, I'm a private mechanic and have installed hundreds of tires from DTD and now DTD/TireRack. I have verified with Ruth her satisfaction with the tires I selected for her and am responding as I order all tires for our company vehicles and individual customers. Thanks again.
Was looking for some nice gold rims and a good set of tires for my 2011 subaru outback. TireRack hooked me up. Only thing was one rim had a decent chip in it when i got them. But over all it was a great experience. I love my new rims and tires. Got some cross climate two's. And new tpms sensers.
