Tire Rack's resolution was a $75 credit. Seemed reasonable at the time. Until later when the Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus tires cracked so severeley that I lost over 40% of the tires tread lifespan over severe cracking that failed inspection after less that 10k miles. This was a complete failure, and I have been VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was never going to by Continental Tires again, but ROSS convinced me - telling the the dates on current shipments are 9/25. We shall see.

Comparing tires for noise, and surface ride, and tire wear was extremely important in my decision. I travel the freeway 80 miles per day, but also live in the mountains on a dirt road. Needed a good inexpensive all weather tire with a great warranty.

I've been shopping with Tire Rack for quite literally decades. They are knowledgeable, fast, responsive, and take care of any issues. Simply wouldn't buy tires/wheels anywhere else.

Multiple purchases on tires and TR stands behind their tire warranties and prices are always competitive, and rebates are so much easier when offered at TR.

Overall was good. Check out was a bit lengthy after shopping cart. Im surprised after entering my email in, there weren't any validation if this account exists. And if the account did exist, at least a "welcome back" message would have been nice. Also, how did this app knows if I entered in a good email, or have used someone's else's email?

Been getting tires here for years. This time the web site refused to let me choose the local Discount Tire for installation saying non-factory size tires can not be installed here. That's new since I last ordered tires. I've had 6 or more non-factory sized tires ordered from TireRack and installed at my local Discount Tire. What changed?

I have 3 wall mount racks that are great for smaller wheels/tires but I need a ground level rack for large wheels/tires that I can move around.

Brought 4 tires was issued a rebate MC digital card that I have not been able to use anywhere. Should have waited for the physical card.

Last order at a great price was a little bit hesitant, but I'm making the choice of purchasing and it was great. Delivery was fast quality was perfect and value was great.

This the third purchase from tirerack. I like the ease and non sales aspect. I know what brands I like and do not need all the extra!
