I was sent a wheel and tire set with incorrectly installed TPMS sensors. Had to go to a shop to prove to you it was your fault.

I just bought some Vredestien for my Camaro. I was asked about sizing since I modified it slightly from factory. Tire Rack cares and wants you to be happy with the correct Tire. I verified it was intentional and my tires came. Wow! What a ride quality difference. Never liked run flats and to get them off and new tires on is so fulfilling. Car is comfortable now.

Previous purchases have always gone well. But, the last time I bought tires the installer wouildn't install them cause he said the front tires were bad. Hint, the front tires are still on and doing quite well, thank you. Your products are good, in-house service good, but your mobile installer sucked!
