Always easy to navigate on the website, read reviews, and then browse through tire selection. I've always used my local garage to drop-ship them to, which is also very easy.

I've bought tires many times from tire rack, and will continue to because I dare you to find someone that will sell you tires cheaper and have a selection that seems unending. Delivered fast and with zero problems or having to go to a store... SOLD!

I purchased a full set of tires fire my corvette and had a road debris puncture the first weekend that I went out. The tire was not repairable due to the size of the puncture. It was approved and I had the tire replaced. I submitted the invoice and the claim came back denied because of tread depth. The depth was 5/32 which is the new tire depth. I spoke with a customer service representative who looked up a new cup 2 tire and saw that it could look worn because of the design if someone not qualified to judge tire wear looked at it, after looking up the tire. I emailed the company and they sent back a email that said it is. It a covered repair. I am currently getting my copy of communication so that I can file a complaint with the state insurance agency and if not satisfied a bad faith law suit. I'm an investigator for a law firm and will have a lawyer handle that. At that point I will leave google and website reviews based on my complete experience.

I ordered tires for my 2018 Mazda 6. Within the first few days I got a flat from an object on the highway that rendered the tires irreparable. It was covered under tire rack's hazard protection and a replacement was sent out immediately. Great service and great price for tires

People complaining they got new old stock, tires had been sitting around for yrs, I like the price, but I will be checking the date, if they are old, they are going back.

I had placed an order that was incorrect, I thought the tires I purchased fit on the set of winter rims I was also buying. A Tire Rack representative called me to tell me they caught the mismatch and wanted to confirm that was the order I wanted to place. Because of this above and beyond attention to detail, they save me a headache and money.

I have purchased many sets of tires from Tire Rack. Beginning back in the earlier 70's. My only problems have had is when they change the navigating of their web site. Eventually I figure it out.
I consider them to be honest and helpful when needed. And will continue to purchase from Tire Rack into the future. Even if the tire is a few dollars more than others, I feel confident that I will have a worry free purchase.

I have purchased tires and picked them up (at a discount) and I have purchased tires and had them shipped to a local tire shop for installation - Both ways worked out great!

Fast and easy service. Delivery was good with no hiccups. The road side hazard protection was a great value due to living in PA and dealing with alot of pot holes with low profile tires.
