24 hours from shopping online to having the tires installed on the vehicle, and for less than I would have paid at other places! 10/10
Good tires, however price for exactly same tire is up $40 since 2021. Yes, probably gonna be blamed on inflation for 25% increase, but most likely, price gouging.
I had a delivery issue with my previous order but they made it right! They tried every way to correct the issue. Good caring employees.
Great experience. I ordered online, had it shipped to the local pep boys, did an online order, and never had to make a phone call to either place. Then, pep boys only charged $30 a tire.
I've been buying tires from Tire Rack ever since I had a bad experience purchasing replacement tires at a local tire shop for my first car, but the last two tire purchases via Tire Rack have been pretty disappointing due to the complete lack of professionalism and pride in their work from recommended tire installers promoted on Tire Rack.
I think now that Tire Rack has it's own mobile installer company, it should completely eliminate tire installer recommendations and just focus on that. Because of my bad experiences with both Firestone and Mobile Tire Experts, I'm not sure I will be purchasing from Tire Rack again as both times a real resolution was never reached. So just be aware that it seems like Tire Rack has no real influence over the installers they recommend, even if bad experiences make them lose customers.
Basically, if I want to have my wheels damaged, tires mounted backwards, wheel bolts torqued down to 800+ ft-lbs, and have my time wasted, I might as well do it all in one (brick and mortar) place.
I've always had a great experience with Tire Rack itself, but the Southwest Ranches Firestone should be removed as a recommended installer.
I have sent feedback about this before and never really received an appropriate resolution. That location has serious problems with staffing/management. The last time I purchased tires via Tire Rack and had them shipped to and installed at Firestone, one tire was installed with the outside facing in so I had to take off from work and have it reinstalled.
They did not balance it again after reinstallation and installed all of the lug bolts with an unrestricted air impact gun, not a torque wrench, so I also had to complain and have them reinstall all of the lug bolts because they would be impossible to get off myself if I caught a flat or wanted to rotate tires.
The alignment I received there also turned out to be way off after taking it to another shop and even after getting the wheel balanced again I had persistent NVH problems for the entire life of the tire until it recently had a complete inner sidewall failure on a road trip at around 45k miles. I have never had a tire failure like this before and believe it is related to the tire being installed twice at this horrible Firestone location, as I religiously rotate every 5k, have replaced all suspension components, and get alignments annually.
I reached out to management at Firestone multiple times and they refused to reimburse me for the botched alignment and considered legal action but I ended up just letting it go and refuse to go to any Firestone franchise again despite having a lifetime alignment package with them.
Please at least lower their rating.
Hopefully this new experience with a mobile tire installer is nothing like my previous experience with a recommended installer.
Please note, I would have went with Tire Rack mobile installation but noticed that Roadforce balancing was not an option.
Excellent price for a quality set of tires, good follow up of order details by knowledgeable staff, quick shipping.
No surprises, everything happens the way it is supposed to happen and that is really gard to do on the scale Tire Rack operates.
Excellent! Had to call and talk to someone for assistance and I felt like I was talking to a very knowledgeable professional! Quite refreshing these days!
I'm replacing my current set of summer tire Pirelli's that were used for nine summers, purchased in 2017. I was very satisfied with the tire and with my Tire Rack experiences; I have returned.
I've been purchasing tires from tire rack for my automobiles for over a decade. Superb customer service and tire rack stands behind every tire with warranty and road hazzard damage.
Attempting to order wiper blades, my selections weren't captured in basket. Returning to order page, selections are lost requiring several re-do's. Too many interruptions/pauses for page "re-loads." Almost gave up and went to auto parts store, but finally got it.
Very good experience, pricing is right and shipped two days quicker than the expected delivery date.
Tire Rack not only sells an assortment of quality tires but also educates you on how to choose the best tires for your vehicle.
When purchasing a set of tires and wheels for my Jeep through the website, I made sure to click the "add TPMS sensors" it was not until after I received them until I realized they were not included. Customer service was helpful in getting the issue resolved but it does seem like there is an issue with the website.
I've purchased many times via the Tire Rack... great service and freaky fast shipping (watch out Jimmy John's). I even ordered tires once that had too low of a load rating (my fault... wasn't paying attention) and they contacted me almost immediately to double check and help me get the right ones.
Tire Rack provided excellent service from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, the pricing was very competitive, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them to others.
I like to order from tire rack because I can see real customer reviews and have the benefit of video reviews to see how the tires perform in rain, ice and snow. It's very beneficial over blindly selecting a tire and not knowing how it will perform.
I have purchased from tirerack on and off for years. Their products, prices, order ing online and customer service has always been top of the line. Thank you Liam
Hello, I'm about to deploy and wanted to sort my wife's vehicle. I was told you offer 10% but there wasn't a clear way to request is. I am ID me certified.
Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
