They were going to charge me fukin 800 dollars or more to get new tires. $#*! dem greedy sons a $#*!es! I love that tire rack exists i swe this company and my nipples get harder than diamonds pressed against a glaciar!

I've had two previous major orders through Iraq and ever received. Excellent customer service and excellent delivery and install installation service services. I have recommended tire rack to both friends and family. May have also made some purchases with excellent results.

I've told you this before. Years ago bought 4 BF Goodrich tires, one of which 4 separate tire shops, including one Goodrich sent me to, could not balance, one place did manage a road force with 16 weights if memory serves. Goodrich had this crazy run around, even sent them a note from their recommended shop, nothing. When I contacted Tire rack nothing as well, left you'll one mean right up under BF Good Rich G-Force Comp-2 tire. Yes, I do remember somebody sent me a tire rack tire gauge. That tire was trash, wore out quick, never really balanced, wore out by 12,000 miles, that was a smooth BMW, but rode on those crap tires for about 6 months. And I do not recollect exactly when this happened, it was a while back

I have been a tier rack customer for 20 plus years, and honestly I can not recommend a business more. They stand behind their products and their customer serveries is top notch.

When I need tires, I trust the suggestions that tire rack give me and I've not been disappointed. Because I have a Tire rack care card, it is far easier for me to get new tires.

I live in a rural area with limited tire dealers. Tirerack has been my go to source for years for all my vehicles BMW and Toyota. Best selection, good prices, and quick service. Never a problem.

One of my tires blew out on my KIA Optima SXL and another one had a crack in the tire so it was leaking air little by little. I was referred to Tire Rack by my mentor and have been ordering my tires from here ever since. Tire rack has yet to fail me and they're officially my go to for tires, especially because tires at places Mr. Tire, Goodyear, etc cost so much per tire. Tire Rack allows me to save money by just ordering the tires myself, that way all I have to do is just have a shop put them on and rotate them. Love Tire Rack and hope they stay just as they are now.

All was smooth except for the delivery of tires in driveway. Four tires were left about a foot from a closed garage door. When I was in the car and opened the garage door to back out I couldn't see the tires in my way. No damage, but still..

The User Interface is fantastic, the option of tires are varied, and the information regarding the tires (Like the tire rating charts) are very practically helpful. If ONLY I could nitpick, I would say two things. To have a more obvious, and dedicated tab, option in the shipping section for picking up the tires at a distribution center. And please continue having real people in customer service who are helpful, and experienced as opposed to having customer service be autommated. Other than that, keep at it guys! You're doing amazing work.
