All was smooth except for the delivery of tires in driveway. Four tires were left about a foot from a closed garage door. When I was in the car and opened the garage door to back out I couldn't see the tires in my way. No damage, but still..

The User Interface is fantastic, the option of tires are varied, and the information regarding the tires (Like the tire rating charts) are very practically helpful. If ONLY I could nitpick, I would say two things. To have a more obvious, and dedicated tab, option in the shipping section for picking up the tires at a distribution center. And please continue having real people in customer service who are helpful, and experienced as opposed to having customer service be autommated. Other than that, keep at it guys! You're doing amazing work.

Needed tires are always available and shipment is always expedited next day to Central Florida if order early the day before.

Or dealing with high tech AWD platforms that require matched tire diameters, tire shop says must replace all 4, TR offers shaving services so you can replace 1 and match tread depth to cover specific damage.

The reimbursement for road hazard process was unclear and it did not mention all the paperwork that was required. I have claims that has not been reimbursed in months because the process did not mention all paperwork required.

Always buy here and have shipped to me. My local mechanic does a swap for cheap, and the road hazard warranty through tire rack is excellent.
