I buy a lot of tires a year. Please let me set a default shipping preference to reduce the number of clicks I need to buy tires.

I have order at least 4 or 5 sets of tires from tire rack. Before I started ordering here, the shop i used put me on to tire rack. No matter what you order. It arrives fast. I've never had a single complaint about any service I've gotten here.

Amazing products with great service. Last time I ordered the wrong tire for my vehicles loading weight. Tire rack called me quickly, informed me of this safety risk and worked with me to pick the right tire for my Jeep Rubicon. Service is outstanding along with fair pricing. Also offers the best tires.

Tire Rack is a great site to select tires. I like the reviews, tests and tire comparison.
However, I would be a bit warry to order tires that are not carried by your local installer. I had to replace one, and the lead time to arrive is 5 days during which I won't be able to drive my car.

Every was perfect The core center was on point. Gave me information I needed.

I have ordered via tire rack for 5 years now. It is always a seamless experience with savings well beyond any other online vendor or brick and mortar tire place.

I've always had a great experience with Tire Rack itself, but the Southwest Ranches Firestone should be removed as a recommended installer.

I have sent feedback about this before and never really received an appropriate resolution. That location has serious problems with staffing/management. The last time I purchased tires via Tire Rack and had them shipped to and installed at Firestone, one tire was installed with the outside facing in so I had to take off from work and have it reinstalled.

They did not balance it again after reinstallation and installed all of the lug bolts with an unrestricted air impact gun, not a torque wrench, so I also had to complain and have them reinstall all of the lug bolts because they would be impossible to get off myself if I caught a flat or wanted to rotate tires.

The alignment I received there also turned out to be way off after taking it to another shop and even after getting the wheel balanced again I had persistent NVH problems for the entire life of the tire until it recently had a complete inner sidewall failure on a road trip at around 45k miles. I have never had a tire failure like this before and believe it is related to the tire being installed twice at this horrible Firestone location, as I religiously rotate every 5k, have replaced all suspension components, and get alignments annually.

I reached out to management at Firestone multiple times and they refused to reimburse me for the botched alignment and considered legal action but I ended up just letting it go and refuse to go to any Firestone franchise again despite having a lifetime alignment package with them.

Please at least lower their rating.

Hopefully this new experience with a mobile tire installer is nothing like my previous experience with a recommended installer.

Please note, I would have went with Tire Rack mobile installation but noticed that Roadforce balancing was not an option.

It seems like Tire Rack has changed the way they show you their testing and reviews.
The review I watched showed 2 analyzers riding together and taking turns driving.
Meanwhile they were talking to each other about all the tires they were testing.
A very good way to tell you on the performance and feel of the product.
A tire is round and made of rubber. After that, they are all different. Price doesn't matter either.
Tire Rack goes above and beyond to explain this.

I bought 4 sweet Goodyear tires they are great got a amazing price on them hit the biggest pothole in existence and surprisingly it held up just got a bubble but the free 2 year road hazard protection is absolutely amazing I can't recommend enough Tire Rack is outstanding

We've ordered several sets of tires from Tire Rack. The website is extremely helpful, prices competitive. Our mechanic says he can't even beat the prices! Shipping updates very helpful and shipping to our garage even better!
