Unfortunately, my previous experience with Tire Rack did not go super well. I was looking for a wheel/tire combination for my 2025 audi RS3. The website did not show any combinations for my vehicle, but a sales rep was able to contact his research team and create some wheel/tire combos.

Unfortunately, one wheel was delivered damaged, and the tires were not balanced correctly from your installation center. I had harmonic vibrations almost immodestly after my install. My dealership had informed me that 3 of the 4 tires were not round. I understand bad batches of tires happen and you guys did send me a replacement set, but then those tires were having trouble balancing in as well. It was hard to tell if the issue was the wheels or tires at this point. Unfortunately, this process was going on week 4 and I desperately needed a winter wheel solution. I asked if I could get a refund and the tire rack team was super helpful in my request.

This wasn't my first time buying wheels/tires from you guys and all my experiences but this one was fantastic.

Honestly if it wasn't for your amazing customer support team, I wouldn't be continuing to do business with Tire Rack.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered four tires for my car that were the wrong size. Tire Rack caught the error, called me, cancelled the order, and directed me to the right size.! Thank you Tire Rack.

I did have to enter credit card information 4X as pop ups interfered with the credit card data being saved. Need to add the credit card and hit a saved button to avoid this

There needs to be an online option to add military discount when using installers such as Discount Tire that have permanent military discount programs.

I love that there's a distribution center here in Minnesota. Even when I need to order things online they come promptly and I'm very happy with the service.

I often need just two tires not four. I can usually find a deal. There is no pressure from a salesperson. I like using my PayPal account so I'm not putting in my banking information. Tires are always delivered to my front door in less than a week.

I had a set of tires (from Tire Rack) that wore way down over one Colorado winter and Spring season. Still under warranty. It was a difficult process to have the situation studied and eventually denied. I felt it was unfair as the tires obviously wore too quickly.

No issues. Great selection. Good prices and free delivery.

Purchasing and shipping was very easy and extremely fast shipping. Have not yet installed tires, but in tend to do so in the near future.
