I install my own tires, and when they need warranty, I never get the warranty issued back. I think you owe me for 4 or five tires

TireRack has hands down the best deals every time. More importantly though, TireRack is a review shop. Nobody does reviews that are as in-depth or as involved as TR. I send everyone I know here. I've been using TR for close to 15 years, and it's never let me down. I've even taken advantage of the road hazard warranty. It's not a gimmick. Twice, I've had single tires replaced due to road hazards (torn side-wall on one, and a bubble on another due to potholes).

I had a question about the tire and customer service was knowledgeable and was able to answer the phone and addressed my question right away. Supper important- the tire arrived in just 2 days.

I have been ordering from tire Rack for several years, and my brother. Has been ordering before then we have always had EXCELLENT service. When I mistakenly ordered a very similar tire they called to check to make sure that was what I wanted. I had ordered the wrong tire and we got it fixed before they shipped them!

Your company is great but I find the ordering process somewhat more complicated that necessary especially if your trying to get another installer beside the ones you list. Also asking about creating an account creates some delays in the ordering process, should simply be a yes or no question.

Ordered rear tires for my porsche. Some of the locals had no tires this size in stock. Tires were delivered and installed without a problem.

This is my third time ordering from tire rack.com and never having an issue always making it easy I've been to the warehouse to pick up an order and also never a problem I recommend buying tires through tirerack.com where you never have pressure from a sales person trying to give you something maybe you don't want. Previous experience was worry free and as usual ordering online was simple, quick and easy, plus free delivery makes it less expensive than local tire stores as i do the mounting/balancing myself

See above. I also like to review information provided. It really becomes relative when comparing like weather/climate conditions.
