Customer service is top notch as well and they are quick to honor warranty and replace damaged tire. You cannot go wrong with Tire Rack.

I have ordered at least 4 times, tires only, for multiple vehicles, have them installed and delivered to my mechanic, never had an issue so far with size, quality, or price which is usually pretty good with a lot of rebate offers.

The website really helped me decide which tires to order, placing the order was easy, and delivery went smoothly. I just ordered another set of tires for my other car.

I ordered 4 tires of my first choice. Fortunately, a Tire Rack advisor contacted me to say the tires were not sufficient for my car. I upgraded per that advice. I am unsure why the website allowed me to order under-rated tires in the first place. The local shop installation process was easy / convenient.

I have purchased several tires and rims and tires mounted on rims. I've never had an issues or complaints. The tires and rims always arrive brand new with no damage. I've had snow tires studded with no issues. I especially enjoy ordering my tires already mounted and balanced on new rims. Very easy to just swap out with no need to go to the garage. This is usually when I purchase a new vehicle and want a second set of winter tires. I'll buy new rims with the snows mounted.

Purchased Enkei Performance J10 wheels for a Chevy Malibu. Overall experience was good. Correspondence was slightly short of excellent. Was looking for wheels that were less expensive considering the car is a 2013 model, but a number of other options were out of stock. Wheels look very good on the car. Both my parents had a need for speed and german sports coupes growing up. Not surprisingly, I too have a need for speed and truly appreciate the intention and philosophy behind the engineering of each tire and how it'll made your car drive totally different. Tire Rack is a website where you can nerd out an every, little thing, both from customers in the real world and by the employees who conducts tests and give analysis. I'd have way too much fun if I worked there!
