Quick and easy, filters helped great narrowing down tire pick
Did not cover full cost of replacement tire, did not just send me the tire at no cost. Required proof of tire installation receipt even though the coverage isn't paying for the installation.
Almost ordered winter tires one time and I was contacted by a guy in the fulfillment center and he verified i had the right size rims based on my vehicle make and model. My mistake, and he caught it and wanted to be sure I ordered the right ones. Excellent service, great product, efficient and personal.
I was upset that Road Hazard did not pay after I bought a new tire - that I should have contacted you first. Other than that, I've been very happy with TireRack.
I was upset to learn that road hazard insurance did not cover me unless I first reported the road hazard and applied for the insurance before getting their replacement tire. Well I had photos of the road hazard damage, I was told it was too late to submit them because I needed to contact Tire Rack first. It ended up costing me about $300 for a new tire that should have been covered by road hazard warranty.
I have up the size of the tires on my 21 Jeep JLU. These are not the stock sizes and just to make I didn't make a mistake a rep called me up to verify that those are in fact the sizes I want. Its easy for the customer to make mistakes in the ordering process but these guys want to make sure your purchase through them is simple and painless. Good customer service.
