Plain fraud! They open a lot of services that cost a lot of money. In my case, a mixture between "you are among 1% selected profiles and you need to pay £399 per month" you pay that? It's useless because you need to combine it with platinum account for another 40. Useless, you need to do spot whatever for another 60 for 6 hours.
You do all of that and finally find some decent people who are happy to talk with you and you stop paying for all of this?
You get banned without any reason rather than "you violated terms of services" without specifying what exactly did I violate? And then immediately you lose all the connections you accumulated because you didn't exchange phones or emails with them yet!
STAY AWAY!

Was using the app just fine until they decided to ban me for no reason and refused to tell me why. Useless and inconsiderate. There's better dating apps out there to use trust me.

HORRIBLE 100%! Horrible dating app, lots of fake profiles. If I can give a -0 I would. Banned me for no reason. Lots of fake profiles and scammers. This app needs to be shut down!

Made an account and got banned. I contacted customer service to help with this they said unfortunately we take bans seriously so I will remain banned. I tried getting this resolved as I didn't do anything so I wanted to know why this happened and they just kept repeating that line to me. Awful customer service

These uneducated admin behind the scenes of Tinder are fully worthless and clueless. I did NOTHING other than upload my own JUST-TAKEN pic, used my real name, DOB, zip etc., allowed location sharing etc. and yet THEY BANNED/BLOCKED me FOREVER, per their own written words. I heard by everyone that I know, that has used Tinder, it's nothing my deceptive, fake, premiscuous people, including tons of cheating partners so I'm glad I wasn't able to join. ALL OTHER REVIEWS on Real sites like this one, speaks just the same as I.

Good morning, I am leaving a review on Tinder due to the fact that when I updated my profile with more recent photos and said that God is number one in my life, besides my family, then I was canceled. I was informed that I had violated their agreement. But yet at the same time they play a big factor in the LGTQ whatever it's called community the lesbian gay and accept that. You do not get to speak to a person. They will just send you an email telling you that you've been banned.

Been there for almost two years I consider myself good looking and intellectual, I posted few high quality photos and prepared an intellectual Bio, within 3 1/2 years there only 4 women wrote me back, one profile genuine rest fake profiles & photos, last correspondance pointed towards a bored Tinder Administrator Woman disguised as a dating member which I consider as highly fraudulent. Tinder does not pay attention nor care to remove fake profiles!

30% of the profiles are Nigerians and they won't kick their useless profiles on there, they just leave them to trap people and scam information steal Google cards steal your banking information. Nigerians are useless I don't know why Tinder allows them to make accounts from Nigeria pretending to be American and everybody else in the world! If one of those little useless bastards tries to get you off of there onto Telegraph WhatsApp or SnapChat guarantee you it's 100% useless Nigerians!

I used tinder for years, woke up one day randomly the other week to a account ban, I never broke any rules though... so I was like ill message and see what's wrong it has to be a accident, nope they are like we aren't even gonna look if it's a false ban your just SoL, hence 1 star terrible company with no acutal customer service.

This is the biggest rip-off. People are as fake as this app. The app is full of emotionless people like this one. Both are taking advantage of others. After making these policies, they think they are maintaining some level of doubt. Half of the profiles are fake, and the rest are only interested in sex or are all married and lie all the time. People no longer respect relationships, and all innocence and reality are gone because sex is so easily available, as it was before this nonsense app, especially for guys. It seems that Tinder takes advantage of people looking for companionship by quickly taking their money for subscriptions and add-ons but offering no assistance when their experience falls short of expectations. It's unfortunate that you didn't offer any educational resources or attempt to troubleshoot the issue, whether it was the user's fault or not. These kinds of dating apps tend to amplify problems that exist in traditional dating, such as: Initial attraction tends to be surface-level. People judge potential matches by their photos, often within seconds. If you don't get any requests to connect, or if your requests are rejected, it can really have a negative effect on your self-esteem. I can say A romantic relationship can take a toll on an individual's mental health. While they can be a source of happiness and support, they require dedication and effort. Not only do partners have to manage their own stressors, but they also have to provide support to one another.

Horrible experience

Tinder arbitrarily banned me. I did and said nothing that might even have remotely violated their terms of service. They had me go through a verification check to make sure I was human, which was followed by the ban. Their verification is absurd. It doesn't work and clearly their staff consists of imbeciles. Arbitrarily banning people appears to be the norm. Close down this criminal activity. In fact, they should be deleting any and all personal informal when they ban an account, but appear to retain it. Maybe it's time for a law suit, maybe a class action, against Match Group.

Only a desperate person would pay there prices and let's get real after paying for it, is it going to get you anything… answer is No… I can get everything and more for less by not using it lol. But I would add it to my inventory if they made it more realistic…just my opinion good luck everyone

I had just signed back up after years of break and they banned me for no reason at all. I absolutely didn`t even message anyone on there. When inquired, they kept sending me automated messages.

I've been using tinder for a while and it is rather comical to say the least. I signed up because it said that I had like 10 likes and in order to see them I had to sign up... so I did... obviously none of the people who liked me were of any interest... so I continued to swipe... never matching and barely even getting any likes in months... so I let the membership expire... and then magically I have 13 likes in 4 days...but I have to sign back up to see them...if you can't tell that tinder and all these apps are not genuine...we are truly heading for some lonely years ahead...my advice...go out and meet some real in a socal atmosphere...I'm done with online dating scams. It's all just business... no one is genuine anymore.

Sadly, Tinder has numerous sockpuppet accounts. If you are looking for a woman from your city you are better off searching for her at a local gym/library/club, etc than on Tinder.
I met only one genuine lady Tinder. The rest were either social misfits or scammers from all over the world, writing gibberish and demanding money.

Horrible customer service. Banned a respected business professional but allows inmates to stay on. Wouldn't give a reason. Refused. If I'm being banned, or if I did something wrong. Tell me. Be specific. I didn't even do anything except create the account and used pics I have on Facebook! Absolutely rude and ridiculous.
