I like the bag for the capacity and ease of use. Unfortunately the quality is not good. See attached. I've had the bag for 3 months and was on two trips. Always used as carry-on and not checked luggage. The fabric of the bag is already damaged.
It is a design flaw: there is no skid/curb protection, so if you pull the bag and it tips over, the fabrics on the corner is going to brush the floor, hence the damage.
I have use many luggage bags in my life including TravelPro, Samsonite, American Tourister, Swissgear. I've never had a luggage bag falling apart so quickly.
What about the so called lifetime warranty, you ask? Well, first, it is "limited" warranty only for manufacturing defect. The quote for fixing this damage is $35. Second, I have to pay for shipping, which is about $50 via FeDex or UPS. Why would I effectively pay $85 to repair a bag with such a design flaw that it falls apart after two uses...
I bought a messenger bag but the inside of the flap started to crack and then crumble. It was obviously a manufacturing flaw. Arielle at Timbuk2's customer service refused to replace it or refund it. So much for their lifetime guarantee! I would advise anyone thinking of buying a Timbuk2 bag to buy another, better brand.

The suitcases look good material, they also look comfortable and comfortable for use, I recommend them if you want to have a different and nice look in your daily life
I probably wouldn't bring my bag to a formal business meeting, but it's a great looking everyday bag to use at cafes and the office. I've had mine for 6 years already and it still feels like new. It's definitely more durable than any other bag I've owned in the past. It just reeks of coffee from all the time it has spent in the coffee shop!
