I ordered some items and received it a long time after my order. It was the first time that I ordered any Tiffany's jewelry and I didn't really know about it.

I found this website and it's just HORRIBLE! I did have a doubt when I saw the package (an ugly green colour)... When my friend tried to wear her earrings, they just felt apart... So I decided to ship back all the items I ordered hoping for my money back... do you think I have any chance to see it back?

I don't understand why the real Tiffany company doesn't do anything about it.

I have to confess that I've been totally stupid but I was not used to this brand. So don't be as naive as me and don't buy anything from this website!

This company is bogus - after charging your credit card they do not respond to emails - PROVIDE fradulant shipping / tracking number - NO INVOICE showing payment received - No address or phone numbers - I searched the web on this company after my purchase - MY BAD - to see numerous complaints for never shipping and never refunding - looks very legit on their website - but it a SCAM company - no one gets their orders - Buyer Beware -- This is a BOGUS COMPANY - BUNCH OF foreign SCAM ARTIST WORKING ON U.S. CITiZENS SEALING OUR HARD WORKING DOLLARS

HORRIBLE SITE! STAY AWAY! This site is run by criminals who just scam you and take your money. Ordered some things, they sent me some cheap garbage that was totally different than what I ordered, then tried to ignore me. I emailed them like 10 times a day and finally they said they'd help me but never did. THEN THEY CHANGED THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND TOLD ME THE ONE I SENT PAYMENT TO NEVER EXISTED. But here's the kicker... once these reviews started coming out, they tried to offer me free jewelry as a "Christmas gift" if I wrote good reviews for them instead of just refunding my money. Doesn't get any worse than this people.

It's a complete ripoff, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER! The owner is Daphne Liu/Lui and she is a spammer. She lies and tells you the item is authentic. When it arrives (shipped directly from China!) it is a very bad imitation and not even the correct size (in my case I ordered a ring). I asked for an address to return it to and she gave me a bogus address the post office rejected for being nonexistent. Then all further attempts to communicate with her failed, never heard back from her. Now my credit card company is getting involved, hopefully they'll credit my account. The best I can do now is to warn people about this retailer so you won't get ripped off too.

I never received any tracking number.
After a few days I emailed the company since they do not have a phone number and they
Replied and stated they were out of stock to wait another day. They told me this for
Four days. I began to become weary of the company and if they were legit. I live
Chatted with a woman named Lucy and she told me that it will be shipped out not to worry
I told her cancel my order and it took a while but she finally agreed. I asked what the
Confirmation number was and she said there was none that she and pay pal will email me
When my money is back in my account. I did not use pay Pal I paid directly through the
Site. I since have received no refund and I also wrote to the better business breau
They investigated it and are unable to help because the business is out of Shangai China
Which is another red flag. I am sure this company is fraudlent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYITHNG THEY WILL ROB U

I agree with greg! The chat is rubbish 1 to 3 word replys and they can't even spell. I hav ordered items that no doubt will be fake! The emails i hav received from this site are arriving in my spam inbox with spelling mistakes which also suggests something not right. Also the tracking number for my parcel is not recognised by the United States Postal Service but is with Parcelforce and its in CHINA not USA! My bank has alerted me that more money than i paid for has been taken out of my account and by an unrecognised source. Too good to be true i guess!

Like many other's thought i was purchasing from a uk web site, only to find out it was HK based!

Yes the pendent was a cheap replica that wasn't even silver, on e-mailing their customer service dept i was given the returns address etc and phone numbers, so i had a colleague, who works in HK, call them... to say they were suprised was being polite, however to date no refund despite being assured they would!

Anyone else suffered like this?

Wish i had read these reviews 1st as i to got suck in, but i have got an address & i too will be following this all the way with uk trading standards & paypal. DONT BUY FROM TIFFANY1837.CO.UK ALL RUBBISH.
