TIFF MEMBERSHIP IS A WASTE WITH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not being able to book tickets with my membership and after 20 minutes on hold I got a terribly uncaring customer service agent. When she said this problem, which they were aware of, was solved, and it wasn't, I asked for it to be elevated. She refused, refused to give me any sort of ID number or name so when elevated I could say who I talked to, and hung up on me. SHE FIGURED HER SUPERVISORS WOULD CARE EVEN LESS ABOUT TIFF MEMBERS THAN HER.
