Hard to find Casio G-Shock was delivered in 2 days from Spain to USA via DHL. I am surprised by the shipping speed and the watch is exactly as advertised. I would order again from TicTacArea and if shipping internationally I recommend DHL. I am very happy with the watch!

I wanted a vintage casio watch with negative display in my collection. I chose casio w800 but its negative display model was not available in India. I found TicTac area where it was available as well as in the right price, no upsell or charges. I was sceptical to spend my hard earned money first on this order with a company located in the other side of the globe. But i trusted them and ordered it with good instinct and in 15 days the order reached me. I got timely tracking updates of the shipment position including status in the customs department, which is really remarkable. Thank you for the efforts and building a dependable brand. Many more orders to connect with you guys in the future.

I wanted a particular Figurine and went shopping at all available places that carried it. I came across Tictacarea and their prices were so much less expensive than any other site I had been too. They also offered free shipping which is a plus. I was concerned about the time frame on getting this piece delivered but it made it before Christmas. It took about three weeks but that is what I expected especially since they gave me a time frame to ship to the USA. I would definitely purchase from this business again without any hesitation. The Figurine arrived with no breakage and well packaged.

Throughout my country's shipping/admin faults I had very close communication with customer service and constant sureity on my products arrival. Their prices are unbeatable!

I ordered in this store for the first time. I was a little worried, since it was not known how the delivery to Ukraine would go. But everything went great. Convenient service, the ability to track the order and goods in transit. The package arrived in 25 days, without any problems. I ordered a Seiko watch. I felt like I should write a review for this, as I was definitely nervous about ordering from this company based upon the bad reviews. I took a shot and ordered my little porcelain duck plate from Lladro (based in Spain) and it was about 25% cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Yes, the shipping takes longer than what we're used to these days. They're not Amazon, and the tracking info available does leave something to be desired.

That being said, I got my item in two weeks and it was in perfect condition, very well packaged to avoid damage which was important, because it's a fragile piece. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

They will give you the run around and never ship your item (like in my case) or ship a broken or completely different thing. Stay far away.
Update: Tictacarea claims this is a fake review. But the site has confirmed my order. Otherwise, this would be removed once Tictacarea tried to lie and flag the review. Instead of trying to lie to potential customers, own your faults and mistakes and change for the better..

In January 2021 I ordered a white Armani Exchange watch and I was given order reference number HPAUCINNF. It's now August and they still haven't delivered. They have even begun to ignore my emails. If anyone is considering buying from them id advice them not to, they're scammers!

Purchased a gorgeous Seiko Watch. It is in perfect condition. Brand new and without marks or scratches. Very well packed with original box. I'm very happy and trusting using their service.

I would like to state that I am Tashreeq and I am a resident of South Africa, Cape Town 7945

I am writing this letter to inform that on 2021-03-31, I placed an order for Watch Casio AE-1200WHD-1AVEF using your platform having Order ID RU*******NL. I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered in plus minus 20-30 days shipping but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.

I honestly don't appreciate the lack of communication you have as well as not responding to the fact that I clearly stated " I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE ITEM AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND", reason being as I ordered the watch as a gift for a friend and look its been a month since his birthday has passed and I had to buy something else to replace the item I bought from your company and gifted him something else. Also you re ordered my item after I insisted a refund and then didn't even bother sending it with a better courier company in order for me to receive the item in plus minus 10-15days if shipped. Coming to my conclusion I have been waiting for 4, nearly 5 months for the item and yet I have not got a call or any sort of decent response to what I requested.

I will be taking this matter into my own hands by exposing this very letter that I'm sending over every social media platform so that other people can know the type of customer service " TicTacArea" gives towards a customer that has repeatedly been making contact with the company and yet no effort has been done to resolve this matter.

Kindly please refund my cash paid for the item ASAP or please get my item sent by a faster courier that your company should be help liable to pay as the shipping information is misleading on your platform. I mean its goin to be 5 months since I ordered the item and I have never waited this long with any other company before. I even ordered a item on another platform in May 2021 and I received the item just under 30 days as stipulated on their website. The experience I've endured with this company makes me never want to purchase ever again even though I can honestly say your company has the best and quality gifted items but this isn't fair upon me as a customer to be experiencing such poor communication from a company of this standard.

Bought a Fossil necklace which lasted exactly a week. So I got in touch with them asking for a solution and got one reply asking for photos, which i did sent immediately... and then nothing, even after several reminders from my side.
This is poor (or better no) customer service at all. This company only seems to be interested in the quick buck.

Been waiting since I placed my order in October 2020, one parcel sent never arrived in Canada despite claims that it had, second replacement shipment never got further than a label having been made. I have sent close to a dozen emails trying to get something done with TicTacArea and they have been completely uncooperative. It is now nearing the end of April and all of my requests for a full refund have been ignored completely. Avoid these scammers unless you want to be without your money and have nothing to show for it.
