Experience was great and after being burned with TicketMaster.

Always easy to purchase and use tickets. Easy access with no problems at all with getting into the game and have never had a problem with other games.

I purchased tickets to see Usher performance in Philly. I was a bit hesitant purchasing from third party resale. The tickets were approx $100 less than purchasing thru Ticketmaster, Stubhub etc. The tickets were valid and we had no problems getting in the venue.

I had to get help locating my ticket and keeping it set for entry but that was my only issue...someone helped me and it was smooth sailing from that point on

We usually go to the home opener but missed it 2024 so we made up for it. The tickets were a great deal so we got them. Wow what an experience! We didn't realize we got Diamond club seats. The seats were comfortable and we had perks we didn't know existed. The ticket transaction went smoothly. And the Phillies won. Will definitely be back.

The process was pretty smooth but had a minor glitch when signing up through tickemaster to receive tickets. It took a minute to get tickets but everything was fine & the concert was awesome!

I have used tickpick twice recently to see Usher and Pink. Both experiences were great. I bought tickets day of concerts. Very reasonable prices. I loved that I didn't have to click through app ten times to see the ACTUAL price listed. What you saw was what you got for a final price no hidden fees. Will definitely be using again. Have already recommended to friends and coworkers. Love the transparency!

Tickpick often has the best prices for Yankees games and concerts. I also love the interface, the lack of extra fees, and the price tracking feature.

Worry-free transaction. Great communication and email instructions on the purchase of tickets and up to the day of the concert.
Love the fact that there are no extra or hidden fees, although it could be better if there were optional foreign currency converters

I wanted to go to a MLB baseball game while visiting family but didn't want to pay much. I checked TickPick three days before and standing room was $10 for the afternoon game. The next day the price was $8. I bought those tickets, great price!
I'll check use Tick Pick for all my ticket needs!
