I took my Son to his first MLB Game at Camden Yards in Baltimore. So much to describe here, just say I got some really good footage, he got a game ball and also the official lineup card from the umpire! Thanks TickPick for the awesome seats in the 5th Row behind home plate. We even got on TV! What a memorable experience!

I was very nervous because I had never used TickPick before, and this purchase was high stakes. I've been a Taylor Swift fan since I was a teenager and had never been able to get to a tour before. Our original tickets didn't come through, but after two quick conversations TickPick not only replaced our tickets, but gave us better ones. Brava, this is what the ticket / second hand ticket market should be.
I never purchased tickets through a ticket agency, and even though this started poorly (I was able to view my game tickets, but couldn't access the Parking Pass I had purchased.). Pamela from Tick Pick went above and beyond to help me access my pass and I had a great time as a result.
They need to fix the parking, not only is it extremely expensive at $60 per car is extremely chaotic as well. Getting out of Citi field parking lot is a joke, multiple fights happen because of the confusion.
