Tends to have lowest prices, but not always the most selection. I spent an hour picking out what I wanted and when accepting I was given a different row.
Please read user agreement - even with their "guarantee" they are not liable at all. There is no promise what row you pick is what you get, so if you are picky or want to be by friends in a section it's out of your control.
I love how they include fees upfront, but this feels no less risky than buying from facebook or guy on the street.
*edit* = customer service was responsive and there was a response to this review so I upped the stars. I get the sense this doesn't happen often and could happen on any ticket resale site. I got good seats in the section and was a good price at the end of the day.
