I didnt't get my money back

Good evening, I sold tickets of Bruce Springsteen with ticketswap but
Ticketswap wrote me 1 hour before the event, so I didn`t see the information.
They could have called me by a phone-call or an SMS as they said.
I think they should have some kind of responsability so I trusted in their services.
And they had my tickets from the mornig till the event 8 hours later and the customer couldn't atend the concert and see Bruce Springsteen in Rome
I am reporting this through claiming webs to see the best way to solve it
