Tried purchasing 2 tickets and kept saying it my email was incorrect, checked it and had another person check my email. We exited and started over again. This time it went through but then with 4 tickets. I immediately called and told them what happened and they basically told me tough luck. I could try to sell the other two tickets. I'm 77 years old and this is a real financial hardship.
I ordered tickets online, paid for them and had my email to download and print the tickets within 30 minutes. Very easy and convenient.
Ticket prices are inflated but all online sites add fees. This was the most reasonable. So far it was a good experience but haven't received the tickets yet.
They made it easy to use my credit from a concert that I was canceled last March. I found a show that my wife want to attend in June. I recommend this site highly.
