the seats i ordered were right in my price range which im happy about. the service charge is way too much. i expected it to be under $20 it was almost $50 per ticket. Not happy about that. I was going to not order tickets from here so i stopped before i placed the order, then a few minutes later i received a 15% off promo code. That covered 90% of the service fee for 1 ticket. That helped and convinced me to end up buying the tickets
I checks other websites for the same tickets and Ive found the perfect ones with great seats. I like how this page viewed the photos where the seats are located and the view.

Everything was good except delivery was slow and not clear. Once it happened though it was great. I thought the pricing was reasonable and the fees were much less than other places.
The service fee that was relayed to us was less than $10 a ticket. The total for our two tickets on stubhub was $260 and our credit card was charged $345. Absolutely ridiculous. It should be mandatory to relay your service fees up front. This company can go screw themselves. You are lured in by a lower per seat price but then you get charged for service fees out the $#*! and can't even back out of your purchase.

33% above and beyond the price of the tickets for a service is over the top and the service fee wasn't shown until the purchase. I won't be using tickets expert again. Id rather not see the show that pay that exuberant service fee again.
The service fees are ridiculous and Ticketexpert is not up front until after the non refundable purchase. I will NEVER use them again. $20 US per ticket. Ridiculous

Your service fee is a little ridiculous. I bought 6 tickets for my family & got charged for each ticket@ $26.52 each! Really? If I hadn't promised my family I would not have gotten them!
